My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of my bathroom left much to be desired, as I found it full of stains upon arrival. Additionally, some of the towels were not replaced during my stay, which added to my frustration, given the price of the stay. I was also surprised to discover that there was no shuttle service available to the downtown area, making it quite inconvenient to explore the sights of Milan without incurring hefty cab fares.

The Standard Double Room with Bunk Bed was pretty spacious and well-decorated. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, the shower had strong water pressure, which was a definite plus. Plus, the mini fridge and kettle in the room were handy! Just a heads up, it's a bit of a trek to nearby attractions if you want to explore more of Milan, and the area felt a bit isolated at times.

Had a spacious family room where the kids could actually move around , plenty of room for everyone. The reception team was super friendly and even gave us extra towels without hesitation, which was a nice touch , felt like we were valued guest.

the holiday inn is a comfortable hotel with a clean room and good-quality amenities. it's conveniently located close to the motorway, only about 15-20 minutes from the fiera. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. free parking was a great bonus too!
